Dr. Warner was born in Nebraska, where she attended Nebraska Wesleyan University. She moved to Chicago to attend the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her residency in Chicago at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in primary podiatric medicine followed by a surgical residency. She entered into private practice in Chicago for several years before joining Podiatry Associates of Indiana. Dr. Warner is currently treating patients at the Community North and Fishers/Saxony offices. She has staff affiliations at Methodist Hospital, Methodist North Beltway Surgery Center, The Surgery Center of Carmel, Indiana Surgery Center North, IU North Hospital, Community North Hospital, and St. Vincent's Hospital.

Dr. Warner is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Indiana Podiatric Medical Association, American Diabetes Association, American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and the Women Physicians Social Club. She recently completed the Physician Leadership Series in Louisville sponsored by St. Vincent Health.
