Dr. Baker has been in practice in Tucson since 2016. After graduating from Rosalind Franklin University, Dr. Baker went on to complete surgical residency training at the Detroit Medical Center. This was a three-year, hands-on, high-volume program with a focus on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, trauma, and the management of hospitalized patients with multiple comorbidities. While the training received during residency was excellent, Dr. Baker chose to further refine clinical expertise by pursuing a fellowship at the Florida Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center. During this fellowship, Dr. Baker gained advanced training in foot and ankle surgical techniques, including total ankle arthroplasty, complex hindfoot and ankle reconstruction, and arthroscopic approaches to ankle instability and related conditions.
